1. Corporate Exclusivity
Copper Quilt is designed exclusively for corporate travelers. We strictly cater to corporate clients only. Walk-ins and leisure stays are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Bookings and Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. By booking a room (Deluxe Room or Deluxe Twin Room), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your Name, Contact Number, and Email. Guests will be required to provide valid identification proof (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, and Govt. ID) during check-in.
3. Use of Amenities
Guests have access to property amenities. Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Copper Quilt is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation policies will apply based on the specific corporate agreement or booking rate selected at the time of reservation.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
